Creator Q&A safety & responsibilities

Boundaries for creators, stage participants, moderators, and spectators.

Every role follows the same platform rules#

Creators, selected fans, queue members, moderators, and spectators must follow the community guidelines and child-safety standards. A popular creator, private Channel, or paid offer has no exception.

Creator responsibilities#

Explain the topic, eligibility, participation process, audience, and recording/replay arrangements. Obtain informed permission before broadcasting or recording a fan. Keep private queue details and settings out of the broadcast. Use the available controls to stop a harmful conversation or end the event when necessary.

Do not solicit sexual material, unsafe challenges, private login details, financial credentials, or money under misleading claims. Do not pressure participants to disclose personal information or remain on camera.

Participant responsibilities#

Ask relevant questions and respect the creator and other participants. Do not display prohibited content, threaten someone, impersonate an invited person, or publish someone else's confidential information. You may decline a question or end your participation.

Spectator and queue conduct#

Do not coordinate harassment, flood the queue, evade a restriction, or treat a fan's speaking turn as permission to abuse them elsewhere. Use reporting tools for concerns instead of reposting harmful material.

Local rules and platform enforcement#

Creators can set topic and participation rules, including reasonable time limits. Local rules cannot authorize platform violations. Cittly can act against individual accounts or a Channel used for systemic abuse. Read account enforcement and Channel enforcement.

Reporting#

Use the in-app Report button or form. Identify the creator, Channel, event, participant, and approximate time when safely available. Do not stay in an unsafe exchange to collect evidence or circulate abusive recordings.

For child sexual abuse or exploitation, email childsafety@cittly.com and follow the child-safety guidance. General concerns and technical failures can go to support@cittly.com. Never attach suspected CSAM. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
