## About these terms
These terms govern your use of Cittly, operated by Cittly tech. By using Cittly, you agree to follow these terms and our [community guidelines](/community-guidelines). If you cannot agree, do not use the service.

## Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age requirement. Provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and do not share access with minors or use another person's identity without permission.

## Responsible use
Do not use Cittly to break the law, exploit children, harass people, distribute unsafe content, violate privacy, infringe intellectual property, send spam, or interfere with the service. Our [child safety standards](/child-safety) apply without exception.

## Your content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Cittly the permission reasonably needed to host, process, display, and distribute that content to the audiences and through the features you choose. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to share it.

This does not grant other users permission to record private conversations, impersonate you, or reuse your work beyond your permissions and applicable law.

## Moderation and availability
Cittly may remove content or restrict accounts for violations, security concerns, or legal obligations. Features may change or be unavailable, and the upcoming community release may differ from the current random-chat version. Review requests are described in [reporting and appeals](/reporting-and-appeals).

## Paid features
Any paid offer must show its actual price, benefits, billing period, and applicable renewal terms before purchase. Store billing and refund rules may also apply. See [Cittly Pro and billing](/pro-and-billing).

## Other users and external services
Users are responsible for their own conduct. Cittly cannot promise that every user is who they claim to be or that another participant will not capture a conversation externally. Third-party links and advertisements are subject to their own terms.

## Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or other laws. Contact Cittly tech about a concern before sharing sensitive information publicly.

## Changes and contact
