## What posts are for
The community experience supports sharing text and image posts. Use posts for questions, thoughts, experiences, and useful information. In a Channel, keep the topic relevant to that community's purpose and rules.

## Before you post
Check that you have permission to share the text and images. Remove private addresses, phone numbers, credentials, and identifying details that people have not agreed to publish. Obtain appropriate consent for another person's image or conversation. Label a commercial relationship clearly.

## Likes and comments
Use supported likes and comments to participate. Disagree with an idea without harassing the person. Repeated unwanted replies, coordinated abuse, deceptive engagement, and spam can violate the [community guidelines](/community-guidelines).

## Visibility and editing
Only rely on audience, edit, delete, or repost options actually shown in your version. This guide does not claim those controls exist or promise that a post is private. Review the interface before sharing something sensitive; avoid posting it if visibility is unclear.
