## Child safety

For technical help, account questions, privacy requests, deletion requests, billing questions, and moderation appeals, contact **[support@cittly.com](mailto:support@cittly.com)**. Use a clear subject, such as “Camera problem”, “Privacy request”, “Account deletion”, or “Moderation appeal”. Use the in-app Report button or form for a safety concern; child-safety reports should use the dedicated address above.

## Information to include
Include your account identifier, a concise description, and any relevant content identifier. Never send a password, one-time login code, full payment details, or abusive images.
